- Leave the extra decorations at home! Our unique space is wonderfully decorated with lots of artistic pieces. 
- Space for relaxing on one of our two cozy couch areas, OR plenty of space to open gifts. 
- Rolling bar is great for drink station.
- Rolling table and dresser are great for dessert or picture displays.
- Can you hang your own pennants or pictures? Absolutely!

- Look for the parking lot and our main entrance off of Mulberry Street

Roof-Covered Dock Space

- Consider incorporating this space into your event during warmer months
- Dartboard available for your use
- Wanna add some outdoor games? We've got Tumbling Towers & KanJam
- Electric outlet available for music on the dock

Space for Serving Food & Beverages

- Three bar top areas for buffet service (two of which can be used for additional seating) 
- Interested in bringing in your own food and alcohol? No problem! We do require a licensed bartender.
- Want to have a catered event? No problem! Check out this link for some great local options. 
- Need outlets for crock pots or warming plates? Just let us know!
- Looking to bring in some candles for added ambiance? That's just fine with us!

- Space for seating up to 80 guests (you would need to rent extra tables). 

Table & Studio Setup

- We will set up tables and chairs for your customized room setup!
- 5 square tables seat 8 each, 6 long tables seat 10 each, 2 mini square tables seat 4 each, bar areas seat 4-5 each, Island seats up to 10
- Having a "Mix & Mingle"? We've got 4 high tops, and a long rolling high top which is prefect for standing.
